Commercial Growth Trustee

We're looking for someone who has been there before.

Someone with senior executive, governance or board-level experience who has helped lead a large organisation through significant growth and scale.

You'll sit at the governance table and help us think deeply about sustainable growth, revenue diversification, strategic partnerships, intellectual property, brand, reputation, and the systems and structures we'll need for where we want to go.

You'll understand what needs to change as an organisation gets bigger, but also know how to protect our BHAG – to eliminate Tall Poppy Syndrome within a generation.
